Attorneys Kyle Kasmarick and Nicholas Syregelas obtained the substantial verdict in a case alleging loss of vision in one eye due to improper care of a corneal infection.
Following five days of trial the jury deliberated less than an hour and a half before returning the verdict. The defendants made no settlement offer at any point in the case.
